Description:
Responsible for coordinating a service/marketing?plan of action on the?top 25% of Lexington?s Construction customer base to help improve our retention ratio.? 30%Travel would be part of the position.??

- Managing risk engineering service field consultants TPA's that we might employ in various parts of the country in the future for specific marketing focus we may make; and be our AIG Consultants liaison. Current staff of two in California.

- Being an in-house construction/safety expert helping with home office underwriting referrals from the field and performing "desk-top" pre-qualification surveys of prospects/renewals.

- Traveling to Lexington field offices to facilitate safety and construction means/methods/hazards training of our construction underwriters, and going on marketing/sales calls with field underwriting staff.

- Establishing, implementing and maintaining a service strategy for our top customers to enhance retention and provide a "value added" service capability to attract new customers.

- Working with claim department on large complex claim cases to help claim reps understand construction means and methods contributing to cause of accident; helping to train claim department on construction and safety issues when needed; Participating in special home office projects as assigned by VP Lex Construction.
