New Business Representative

Major Duties and Functions Include:
Processes annuity New Business transactions. Reviews, analyzes, resolves, declines, and/or issues New Business applications, ensuring adherence to NASD, SEC and internal guidelines.
Reviews all new business applications and associated documentation for good order determination; processes completed applications and pends those containing errors or omissions.
Generates letters of acceptance to request money from other carriers.
Researches and contacts agents to resolve pending issues.
Completes resolved pending applications in accordance with SEC time requirements, and declines pending applications that have exceeded allotted time requirements.
Works closely with internal departments to resolve new business pending issues.
Performs other related duties as assigned or required. What You Need to Succeed:


High School Diploma, Bachelor?s Degree Preferred
2-4 years business experience, with 1-2 years related work experience.
Must obtain the Series 6 NASD Registration within 3 months of employment.
