New Business Sales Representatives

SALES GURU-UNLIMITED LEARNING POTENTIAL$$$$$$$$$$

 

Seeking highly motivated sales professionals to sell 21st Century Insurance products in an INBOUND call center environment. Responsibilities include new policy sales and rate quotes on applicable products.

 

Responsibilities:Responds to consumer requests for quotes from a variety of sources including, but not limited to inbound and outbound calls, internet-generated requests for quotes or requests for coverage Counsels potential clients on their insurance needs and provides them with the information necessary to obtain the appropriate insurance coverage for their individual situation Gathers data from applicants to generate accurate quotes Provides quotes based on applicant?s needs Offers payment plan options that suit applicant credit qualifications based on consumer credit score Binds applicants over the phone, collecting all required driver and vehicle information and verifying driving records and claims/loss histories through MVR databases Accepts payments form customers over the phone

 Qualifications:Sales experience with proven closing ability Eight weeks of paid job training Property & Casualty License required for continued employment (professional training provided by company to prepare for licensing exam) Strong interpersonal and communication skill. Ability to use PC and multiple applications for lead management, quoting and binding insurance, verifying driving record and loss history and collecting payments
