No Fault Litigation Examiner

 

AutoOne Insurance is looking for a No Fault Litigation Examiner for our Claims department in our Melville location. 

 

We are seeking an experienced No Fault Litigation Examiner with excellent negotiation skills, the ability to manage a high volume of litigation and preparation for trials, and a strong knowledge of Regulation 68. Candidate must be detail oriented, able to work well under limited supervision, and able to make consistent decisions on claim settlements. Must have 2-3 years experience handling no fault claims and be familiar with litigation procedures and processes. Candidate must be willing to travel throughout the five boroughs to attend hearings.
