Northend Insurance Broker HIRING Account Executive

$American Insurance Associates is the go to insurance brokerage for the construction industry.  We specialize in property and casualty insurance for residential and commercial builders, land developers, home builders, remodelors and sub-contractors.  We work with single-family, multi-family, condo and wrap programs.

 

We are looking for top talent. We have an open position for an Account Executive to support a high level Producer.  The Account Executive provides oversight and management of all client accounts for an assigned Producer.  They are responsible to handle client interface on a day to day contact to manage all aspects of placing insurance.

 

Functions:Manage Work Flow Process. Review accounts and offer additional coverages. Ensure consistent and courteous contact with each client Review all Submissions and Applications to ensure accuracy and determine proper marketing. Send proposal and work with insured on new and renewal business Field and respond to client calls Work with Account Manager to answer high level client questions. Develop new or specialty programs Attend industry appropriate meeting and events

 

Qualifications:Property and Casualty Insurance License, brokers license preferred 4 year degree or equivalent and 5-8 years experience in the industry or related area. Strong Knowledge of a variety of insurance concepts and practices Ability to effectively manage team and offer strong leadership Excellent Computer Skills Effective oral and written communication skills using the English Language Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Ability to maintain good working relationships with customers and employees. Ability to work at a desk for extended periods of time in an office environment Ability to verbally communicate with customers and employees
