Job Title:  Sales Agent

We are seeking candidates to become Sales Agent Trainees to professionally represent and support the Auto Club's field sales team. Prior insurance industry experience is not required. Our extensive training program prepares you to provide sales support, member support, cross-sell Auto Club products and services and conduct offsite insurance appointments and inspections and eventually be promoted to a licensed sales agent. A successful candidate will complete supporting documentation thoroughly, accurately and in a timely manner. 

 

Position Requirements: 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience required. A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills, competitive sales drive and a commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships. Valid California driver license, a good driving record, ability to qualify for California fire and casualty broker/agent license are required.  We offer comprehensive benefits plan, competitive salary and performance bonus potential.
