We seek an experienced medical claims professional to perform account management, process improvement and project management functions in this operations-focused role. As an Operations Analyst, you would enjoy plenty of variety, high visibility and a great team environment. Key responsibilities include:


 


Developing and implementing strategic business solutions for third-party claims vendors through research, audit and analysis of data and/or business processes

Managing accounts for multiple third-party vendors

Researching and analyzing claims data; forecasting and trending using gathered information

Overseeing various report- and data-driven projects



A background in business analysis is required, along with experience in healthcare claims payment/calculations. Experience in management, vendor management and process improvement is preferred. Six Sigma exposure or training is a plus. General MS Office proficiency is required.
