Operations Manager

Growing Employee Benefits Brokerage seeks a highly motivated, highly organized candidate to join our team.

Primary responsibilities include the management of all aspects of the quoting and implementation of new and renewal group and individual policies. Note that we primarily sell small group health insurance plans.

Minimum 5 years experience needed in Maryland small group health insurance plans preferably in a brokerage environment.

Management experience a plus.

Expertise required in MS Office especially Excel.

Excellent benefits package. Salary commensurate with experience.
