P&C CS Team Lead
P&C Client Services Team Lead
JOB OVERVIEW: This CSR Team Lead position will require a professional, enthusiastic & helpful individual who will assist the Client Services Manager to ensure that each CSR is providing exceptional service. Job functions will include being the primary point of contact with carriers and will handling phone calls both to and from customers. These calls will focus on topics such as Claims, Complaints, Application Follow-up, General Policy Service & Endorsements. A CSR Team Lead will also be required to help train and/or mentor new CSRs as they are added to the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that applications are processed timely, accurately and within the established Carrier and Agency Guidelines. Items that require processing include New Business Applications, Policy Renewals, Policy Endorsements, Policy Cancellations & Claims. Provide overall assistance and support to the other CSRs throughout the P&C fulfillment process by responding to inquiries and resolving issues they need assistance with. Correspond and interact regularly with product team, carriers, sales teams and management. Process and document all complaints/escalations that are handled by the Client Services.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED required. Property & Casualty license suggested. Must have excellent leadership skills demonstrating good judgment and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting as required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet software applications. Organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent typing and proofreading skills. Prior knowledge of Property & Casualty application processing and/or underwriting. Minimum of 4 year of related experience. PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING:
