The Opportunity: Managing Director/Equity Partnership

I am looking for a seasoned Producer/Manager with the desire to move into a Sales Manager role with, what I believe to be one of the fastest growing & best run insurance Brokerages on the West-Coast. This well backed brokerage is poised for huge growth over the next five years. You will be in the driver's seat leading the P&C(Commercial Lines) and Life & Health (Group Benefits) producers.

Keys will be the ability to coach, drive, and create sales for the team while building your own book. Need to be extremely organized and enthusiastic. Strong relationship skills for building key clients and carrier side contacts. Qualifications would also include a great marketing background and the ability to create niche areas. Seminar creation is strongly desired.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience and success as a Commercial Lines Producer and/or Employee Benefits Producer in the broker/agency environment.

* Candidates with local market experience and relationships will receive primary consideration (Except in rare circumstances, such as you are bringing a book of business and/or have previous experience and success in your geographic market.)

* All candidates must possess the appropriate Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license.

* Professional Designations and degrees are a plus.
