IPS is searching for a Personal Lines Producer to develop and maintain new high net worth clients.  The successful candidate will possess a high degree of self-discipline and motivation and have a proven record of client development. An existing book of business is not required but would be a plus. This position is in a privately held company that has earned the reputation for delivering highly personalized service.  This job offers the opportunity to pursue a program of personal and professional development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Actively generate new prospects, quote, process and market new business, and develop maximum sales volumeHandle questions, renewals, invoices, premiums, manuals and verificationsMaintain contact with underwriters, marketing representatives and insuredsPursue a program of personal and professional development

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 College degree preferredValid California insurance agent/broker licenseSuccessful sales record with high net worth Personal Lines clients, 5 years of experienceTechnical knowledge and experience
