  Med/PIP Claims Representative

 

 

Responsibilities:

? Extensive customer contact.

? Investigate and evaluate Medical Billings, Makes payments, reviews medical treatment codes.

? Collects and reviews Medical chart notes for proper billings and sets up IME visits.

 

Qualifications:

? Excellent customer service skills and abilities.

? Judgment and decision making skills.

? Ability to analyze and learn quickly.

? Multi-tasking.

? Communication skills, including the ability to deal with conflict.

? Computer proficiency.

? Four-year college degree.

 

Physical Requirements:

? Bending, Standing, Climbing, Walking, Kneeling

? Speaking, Writing, Reading (English).

? Pulling, Reaching, Pushing,

? Carrying / Lifting up to 50 lbs.

? Key entering, Seeing, Sorting
