Job Description
Our Personal Financial Services Representatives help AAA members secure their financial future, conduct needs analyses and recommend insurance and financial products that help prospects? meet their goals. The Representative is familiar with and has the ability to integrate the proper mix of life insurance, medical, disability income and long-term care insurance, annuities and securities-based products to meet individualized protection and financial growth needs; partner with AAA Property & Casualty agents to develop new business; and provide one-on-one group presentation skills.
Job Qualifications
? Two years experience in the sales of securities-based products, life insurance and annuities
? Demonstrated gross commission earnings of at least $35,000
? Life and health license
? Registered Representative (6 & 63 licenses)
? Experience with and willingness to embrace needs-based selling
? Capable of utilizing technology
? Involvement in team selling
? LUTCF, CLU and/or CFP designation preferred
