Position Description: Established Boston insurance agency is currently looking to hire an experienced personal lines CSR/Account Manager.

Our client offers a great working environment, with an experienced, professional yet fun group of individuals. It is an employee-centered firm with little-to-no turnover. They pay well too!

Our client is currently entertaining two types of candidates:

Someone with at least 3 years of personal lines experience with an independent insurance agency, will be familiar with Chubb products and Applied Systems. Attitude and personality are crucial to our client, as fitting in with the group is as important as being technically qualified. People who take themselves too seriously need not apply!

The second "lighter" profile would be someone with 1+ years of personal lines csr experience (MA Home, Auto), Applied Systems and a desire to learn and grow.
