Personal Lines CSR

O'Dell Insurance Agency is a multi-faceted fast growing insurance agency located in Gahanna and operating in 5 states.  We are primarily a commercial insurance agency at this time but are growing in other directions.  We are looking for a dynamic personal lines person who is familiar with computers, AMS Prime (nice but not necessary), SALES ORIENTED, with a great phone personality. The right person will have a great deal of independence as well as great expectations.  This person will have varied and interesting duties as well as full time employement and benefits of their choosing.  We are located on a bus line.  Our salary is based on experience and qualifications.  You must have a High School Diploma and some agency experience.  We would prefer you to be licensed but for the right person will consider licensing you.  If you want to grow personally as well as professionally, this is the place for you.
