Personal Lines CSR - Sales & Service role
Position Description: Long established Insurance Agency located in Dorchester, is currently looking to hire a new Personal Lines CSR to join their staff.
As part of a 4-person PL CSR team, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling a full-service role, including managing customer accounts, queries and concerns, account rounding, and handling walk-in customers.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a CSR role for an independent insurance agency, be comfortable with Home, Auto, and Umbrella lines of business, be service-oriented and enjoy working in a team environment. A P&C license would be a nice plus, but not required.
