Position: Personal Lines Office Manager/Producer

 

 

  The personal lines office manager is responsible for the production of new and renewal business for a large, preferred market, independent insurance agency in Northwest Houston. 

 Oversee all aspects of the day to day operations for the personal lines agency Supervise staff of five customer sales/service representatives Facilitate new business and existing customer growth through cross-selling and direct marketing campaigns  Frequently interact with home office executive management to review profit center productivity, budget and quarterly planning

 

Requirements:

 Minimum of 3-years agency management experience  High aptitude for selling Superior knowledge of personal lines coverages and policy formsExceptional customer service and written communication skills Familiarity with regional and national personal lines insurance carriers Self-starter with the ability to motivate others Must be detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task Proficiency in Microsoft applications and web-based rating platforms General Lines Agent License
