 Large Property and Casualty insurance agency located South of Boston is hiring for the following positions: Personal Lines Manager: Candidate must have five years of Personal Lines experience.  Applicant should be highly motivated, possess strong communication and supervisory skills and have a successful track record of developing and nurturing client relationships.  Personal lines CSR: Candidate should have a minimum of one-year experience processing and servicing automobile and homeowners policies. Your responsibilities will include telephone, email and face-to-face sales and service.   Commercial lines CSR: Candidate will work directly with Producers and clients in handling all service requests associated with a client's insurance program, including quoting, preparing proposals, endorsement activity, respond to coverage questions, problem solving, new and renewal account control, invoicing, policy processing, and claims processing. Basic understanding of commercial insurance products is essential. Manage a book of commercial lines (small, mid and/or large account) business.  Commercial lines Account Manager: Ideal candidate must have prior Commercial Lines underwriting experience, excellent client relationhip skills and detail oriented. Responsibilities include servicing and maintaining accounts, handling policy inquires and changes, work with insurance company underwriters, as well as rating and processing new business. *Immediate Need* Benefits Producer: Candidate should have a minimum of five years experience as a group benefits producer.  Current book of business a plus, but not required.  Full team support and leads provided.  All potential candidates should be highly motivated, possess strong communication skills and have a successful track record of developing and nurturing client relationships.  Licensed candidates are a plus!
