Policy Owner Services Clerk

Long Term Care Group, Inc. (LTCG) is the largest long-term care administrator in the country.  We provide services to some of the largest insurance companies in the nation. LTCG offers a complete platform of long-term care insurance services, such as underwriting, care management, commission payments and much more. 

 

We are currently looking for a Policy Owner Services Clerk to be responsible for clerical duties including demographic changes, coverage changes, return mail handling, billing changes and customer account set-up.

 

Other Responsibilities Include:Enter demographic changes into coverage administration system modules for all clients.  Respond to customer or account correspondence via e-mail and direct mail. Respond to department to-do?s generated from the administration system.  Determine which protocol to follow to update each account affected by the to-do.  Select the best correspondence to communicate changes to the client.Receives, counts, and distributes incoming department mail to assigned client representative and maintains department mail count.

 

Qualifications:At lease one year of experience in an office environmentCustomer focused towards internal and external clientsFlexible with the ability to work on multiple tasks and detailed orientedAbility to meet predetermined deadlinesGood organizational skills
