Policy Services Specialist
BISYS Commerical Insurance Services is the nation's second largest independent wholesale distributor of commercial property/casualty insurance, linking a national network of approximately 3,000 retail brokers and agents with the products provided by approximately 100 leading P&C carriers.
We are currently seeking a Policy Services Specialist to perform a variety of duties; including handling the reviews, endorsements and audits of the policies.
Responsibilities:
-Enters bound application information into the system
-Verifies payment plan and bills
-Requests additional underwriting data and forms
-Reviews accuracy of policy and endorsements
-Initiates renewal workflows and prepares
-Communicates with retail agents and others for all carrier coverage items
Qualifications:
-2-4 years of experience processing insurance policy forms
-Experience using billing systems
-Must be detail oriented
-Working knowledge of computers including Windows, Word, Outlook
-Must be able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to provide excellent customer service
