ProEquities Customer Service Administrator

Job Description: Provide superior customer service support in a call center environment, to Registered Representatives and client base regarding their accounts.  Act as a liaison between Representatives and clearing firm, communication primarily by telephone and in writing.  Additionally, CSR will assist Representatives with navigation and general understanding of in house system applications.

 

Requirements:
Requires minimum of 2 years experience in the financial industry or 2 years related call center experience will also be considered. 
Must possess superior communication skills (verbal, written and listening).  Series 7 license is preferred (must obtain within 12 months of hire). 
Excellent telephone skills required.  Individual must have sufficient analytical ability to determine customer needs and apply the best solution to resolve problems, often under pressure. 
Must be able to navigate quickly and efficiently between multiple systems, while paying close attention to detail. 
Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with Registered Representatives, clearing firm, vendors and co-workers. 
Data entry skills sufficient for account call tracking input.  Must be a strong team player with exceptional attendance record (will be verified for internal candidates).
