Assignment Capsule
In this position you will be accountable for developing and maintaining key relationships and working with areas within Humana to optimize business results. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinate and perform internal audits to ensure departments are meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 Standard

Teach department leads about the requirements of the standard, provide training tools and resources, and recommend external training options if needed

Participate as a consultant in department meetings as necessary

Provide training to associates on quality principles

Develop Views of the System and assist in identification of process and product metrics for departments

Learn and apply Six Sigma methodologies (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control)

Learn and apply Process-Based Organization methodologies

Role Essentials

Bachelor's degree required

2-5 years consulting and/or service related experience

Quality, process improvement, or related experience required

Detailed-oriented individual

Excellent PC skills (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Visio) required

Role Desirables

Project management experience a plus

Process auditing experience a plus

ASQ member a plus

Completion of an RABQSA-accredited ISO 9001:2000 Certified Lead Auditor Course prior to or upon hire
