Processing Manager

Basic Purpose: Responsible for the management of the Premium Processing department to ensure accounts and timely completion of departmental tasks while giving first class customer service.

Responsibilities:
Manage the Credit Liability and Disability Premium Processing Department?
Mentor, train and develop all direct staff.
Effect change and continually strive to improve work processes and lower expenses.
Direct and handle day to day operational issues.
Handle extraordinary premium issues with internal and external customers? Resolving any requests, complaints or problems in a timely and courteous manner, including market conduct surveys.
Maintain and follow up on terminated and 'Not on File' producers,monthly write offs and other extraordinary processes that need additional review and decision making ability.

Knowledge/Experience
Minimum High School Diploma
College Degree Preferred
5-7 years previous management experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
