Sr. Licensing Analyst

 

SUMMARY: Administers insurance broker/agent licensing and compliance including processing license and appointment applications and recordkeeping. Researches/answers questions related to broker/agent licensing.

 

 Process licensing and appointment paperwork for broker/agent relationships. Establish and maintain a database of timely and accurate licensing and contracting information. Process state licensing and analyze producer questionnaires and obtain signed agreements. Communicate with General Agents and our sales support team. Train our Regional Operations staff and Underwriting support staff on licensing procedures and other Producer administrative procedures. Support licensing systems development needs relative business requirements necessary for design and implementation of technology solutions.Maintain a monthly report of routine appointment requirements (state fees, expired insurance licenses and renewals). Manage counter signature requirements for multiple states and work with special projects as assigned.


Position Requirements:5 years experience supporting procducer/agents licensing and contracting activities in an insurance companyAbility to collaborate effectively and productively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Ability to maintain confidentiality
