Assignment Capsule
The Project Implementation Office Project Analyst is responsible for implementation and maintenance of assigned projects in support of Product Operations initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support and assist project manager in managing and completing implementation activities for product and systems initiatives

Maintain project plans to support implementation efforts

Assist in the development of project management documentation - vision/scope, detailed business requirements, software requirements specifications, supplemental specifications and use case documentation, testing strategy documents, testing traceability matrix/run books, and operational readiness plans

Coordinate multi-functional teams in support of implementation activities

Develop understanding of humana systems, and impacts to implementation efforts

Coordinate efforts to identify and resolve project barriers with business partners

Role Essentials

Bachelors Degree a must

Excel, Access, Microsoft Project Manager, powerpoint, Word and visio
Role Desirables

Work toward Project Management certification a plus

Ability to think outside the box, view the big picture, multitask, take initiative

Ability to interact with associates at all levels of the organization
Reporting Relationships
You will be in the Product Operations area under the direction of the Senior VP and Chief Operating Officer.
