P/C Staff Product Director

We currently have an opening for a Property & Casualty Staff Product Director for Rev & Ride? (motorcycle, snowmobile, and ATV).  As the product director, you will have responsibility for:Product profitability and growthDevelopment, implementation and maintenance of features/capabilities of productDevelopment of strategy of product design, reserving, pricing, catastrophe management, and associated processes such as distribution, actuarial, and claimsCoordinating product strategy with sales, agency management, and marketingManagement of product staff associates

 

Eight years experience in personal lines/commercial lines insurance, financial services, marketing, or communications including four years previous product management, and associate management experience.  In-depth knowledge of analytical tools, core business functions, underwriting policies and best practices, and performance measurement techniques required. Knowledge of related pricing, marketing, insurance models/contracts, and financial analysis necessary. Multiline product experience preferred.  MBA preferred.
