At Progressive, our Product Managers are empowered with profit and loss responsibility to manage and grow their area of the business. We are currently seeking a Product Manager to run a $50-$150 million
operation within our Progressive Direct and Drive Insurance by Progressive business lines.

The Product Manager's primary role is to position Progressive's products and services strategically to meet clients' needs, build company revenues and meet corporate objectives. In this role, you will develop the business strategy and lead its implementation.

WHAT YOU NEED

MBA/Masters degree followed by 2-5 years of business experience and a demonstrated track record of business decision-making and leadership
Superior problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills and proven ability to make data-driven decisions
Ability to represent Progressive's interests to regulators and other key audiences
Demonstrated creativity and innovation
