Product Specialist

Minimum education required: 4-year degree in information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum work experience required: 2+ years of experience in researching, analyzing, and correcting data Issues In a controlled, high quality environment. Must be able to perform simple SQL queries for data research and reporting.

Special skills required: Technical: Writing SQL Queries. Strong knowledge of MS Access and Excel. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment.

Description of duties & responsibilities:
1. Provide data analyst support to client teams in determining root-cause of stated issues.
2. Develop simple SQL scripts for data analysis.
3. Develop inbound and outbound interchange mappings using MS Biztalk and data scrubbing.
4. Develop ad hoc and custom reports.
5. Perform root-cause analysis on issues and document results.
6. Perform issue resolution validation testing.
