Project Analyst

Quality Planning Corporation, a unit of ISO, is an insurance solutions company specializing in analytics, information and decision support for the private passenger automobile insurance industry.  Our clients include many of the nations leading property and casualty insurers.

We are currently seeking to fill openings for the position of Project AnalystProgrammer.  Please note that this is not a statistical position.

 

The person in this position will:

 

1. Analyze client needs and preferences, and make programming changes in SAS or SQL to production system

2. Be part of a project team that is responsible for new client programming set-up, implementation and ongoing support

3. Perform extensive analysis and Quality Control tasks using SAS or SQL

4. Learn and apply auto insurance fundamentals

5. Document processes

6. Take responsibility for day-to-day operations

7. Research and resolve client questions by writing ad-hoc programs in SAS or SQL

 

Qualifications:

 

1. Bachelors Degree with at least 1 year of applied experience

2. Excellent analytical skills

3. Working knowledge of SQL or SAS

4. Knowledge of relational database concepts

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Detail oriented and well organized

 

Compensation:
