Project Management Analyst

  Job Description Act as general project manager for implementation of new eCommerce and technology related operational projects.

Create and manage robust project plans to execute eCommerce projects. Project teams may consist of internal Prudential employees from a variety of functional areas, as well as external participants including firm back offices, vendors, and representatives from industry working groups.

Work with firms, back offices, and relationship management to create and implement business requirements for eCommerce projects.

Coordinate testing efforts for all eCommerce projects with firm back offices.

Manage eCommerce vendor relationships.

Coordinate communication and testing of all new product and fund changes with eCommerce firms and vendors.

Partner with Relationship Management to identify firm technology and operational needs and manage the projects through to implementation.

Review and maintain database of annuity product information for distribution to business partners, including Broker Dealers, Vendors, and internal operations areas.

Conduct regular review of product information being sent to business partners to ensure accuracy.

Manage all eCommerce production issues reported by firms, IPs, and vendors.

Participate in industry working groups as necessary.

Participate in firm business planning sessions.

Represent the eCommerce Team in new product development team.

Assist in overall execution of companys eCommerce strategy.


Job Requirements


Ideal candidate should have experience in managing small to medium scale projects and should be proficient in creating and executing project plans. Should also be seasoned in working with broker dealers and investment professionals.

Experience with eCommerce, B2B, and annuity administrative functions a plus but not required.

Small amount of travel may be required.
