Responsibilities:

? Makes initial contact with insureds / claimants to verify information.

? Investigate the cause of roof, water and fire damage to customer?s homes.

? Estimate the repair cost.

? Assist customer to understand the claims process.

? Explain the coverage?s afforded on the policy.

 

Qualifications:

? Excellent customer service skills and abilities.

? Communication skills, including the ability to deal with conflict.

? Computer proficiency.

? Must have a Bachelors Degree.

 

Physical Requirements:

? Bending, Standing, Climbing, Kneeling

? Speaking, Writing, Reading (English).

? Pulling, Reaching, Pushing,

? Carrying up to 20 lbs.

? Key entering, Seeing, Sorting
