Property Adjuster Trainee - Outside - (CR-06-0106)

4-year college degree required ~ Any construction or building knowledge/experience a plus ~ MUST be comfortable with heights and climbing ladders ~ Any automotive knowledge a plus ~ Honest and ethical with a strong work ethic ~ Highly organized, able to multi-task and work in an unstructured environment ~ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ~ Diplomatic, able to work in complex situations ~ Strong negotiating skills ~ Self-starter, goal oriented with desire to succeed ~ Technically oriented ~ Qualification during training for licensing required by state and local jurisdictions ~ Successful completion of training courses with a passing grade ~ To advance in chosen career path, designated continuing education courses must be completed with success ~ Must have acceptable results on a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check ~ Must have an acceptable driving record ~ No relocation assistance provided

 

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating losses, and negotiating the settlement of insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner. Upon graduation from our company-paid training program, you will be mentored and assisted by management to further your claims knowledge and adjuster potential. This position is entry-level with a career track to team leader, supervisor, manager, and beyond. Over seventy-five percent of Crawford & Company branch management began their careers as Crawford entry-level adjusters!
