Property and Casualty Sales/Producers

Position HRH is currently recruiting Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Producers for our Columbia and Rockville, Maryland offices.

 

Primary Function

Produce new business revenue by calling on prospective mid-market clients to determine their needs, secure interest in, propose and sell Property and Casualty insurance.

 

Qualifications
Proven production capabilities
In depth knowledge of products, markets, and the regulatory environment in Maryland and the surrounding Metropolitan areas
High energy level and self-motivated team player with a desire to win
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills



Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience with proven success in the sale of property and casualty insurance products
P&C license required with prior agency or brokerage background preferred
HRH will consider a Book of Business Acquisition.
