Clinical areas for which U.R.N. offers products include transplantation, kidney disease, congenital heart disease and cancer.


 


Due to continued growth, we have an immediate opening for a Provider Relations Representative in our Golden Valley, MN office. The Provider Relations Representative will enjoy flexibility, independence and career advantages only a Fortune 100 Company can offer. Acting as the primary contact for providers in our network, key responsibilities include: 


 


Key responsibilities include: 



Resolving claims issues with providers and ensuring their satisfaction with our service


Building and maintaining healthy relationships with providers, and answering their questions or requests for information


Providing status updates for claims and payments


Collaborating with account management, eligibility, Information Systems and Claims departments on provider relations efforts

Maintaining a working knowledge of compliance issues and regulations



A minimum of one year of experience in healthcare and/or health insurance is required. Provider relations experience is strongly preferred. Customer service skills and general computer proficiency are required.
