We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance / Audit Specialist to join our QA team at Northgate. This position is responsible for monitoring various aspects of claims processing, group administration, provider maintenance, and/or customer service work and processes by utilizing an audit environment to ensure that a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and quality is being performed by our representatives. Qualified candidates will have previous benefit experience in a customer service or claims processing environment.
