Job Responsibilities include:

 

*Accountable for the overall quality of our products and services to include oversight of medical report contents, thoroughness and documentation.

 

*Act as liaison between medical providers and clients to ensure that Independent Medical Evaluations issues and Medical Record Reviews are addressed appropriately and timely.

 

*Ensure that medical providers address all relevant claims issues.

 

*Daily interaction and team coordination between our Customer Service Representatives and Marketing Executives to ensure we are producing a quality product and superior client satisfaction.

 

*Handle workflow in a timely and organized manner.
