Quality Improvement Project Manager—Drive change!

We are seeking an expert problem-solver with the desire to improve the quality of healthcare for seniors nationwide to join us as a Quality Improvement Project Manager. In this challenging position, you would work closely with staff at all levels to identify and resolve issues relating to Medicare Part D and other internal matters. Primary responsibilities include:
Managing and assisting with projects of varying scope
Conducting research on internal and Medicare issues
Assembling focus groups to address problems
Identifying areas for improvements and implementing solutions
Presenting plans to management



A background in data analysis and project management is essential for this role, along with quality/process improvement experience. Prior call center experience will be very helpful. Training in organized quality disciplines (such as Six Sigma) is highly preferred. A successful history or leadership is ideal. Computer proficiency is a must. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
