Proactively verifies provider demographics with provider offices and updates the provider database to ensure quality referral data is being utilized by clients.

' Verifies provider demographics directly with provider offices and updates the provider database to ensure maximum data integrity of referral data as well as achievement of quarterly commitments to clients for panels and special products(i.e. MPN).
' Obtains additional data directly from provider offices and updates the provider database to ensure clients needs are met when utilizing referral data (i.e. office hours).
' Researches potential data changes based on bills received through provider bill review bridge.

' Associate's degree from college or technical school; and 1-
2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
' Minimum data entry speed of 5000 ksph.
' Must be proficient on computer with working knowledge of
Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
' Must be able to function in a fast-paced, high volume,
productivity-based environment.
