Our Risk Management department seeks a Specialist to be based in Northern California to conduct on-site reviews and work with policyholders to provide risk management reports, recommendations and consultation. You'll also research, develop and implement risk management services and products, including educational programs focused on loss prevention and assessments in determining risk factors.


We require a BS/BA with a major in a healthcare-related field. Current RN, NP or PA license and/or Master's degree preferred, as well as additional risk management coursework or designation (CPHRM or ARM). Other requirements include 3-5 years direct healthcare experience, leadership or management experience, strong written and oral skills, and availability to travel (CA driver's license and insurance necessary).
