RN Case Manager

  Leading utilization review company, specializing in workers? compensation claims is looking for a Nurse Case Manager.  Our case manager will facilitate the transfer of medical information and act as liaison between all parties involved to ensure appropriate and cost-effective services.  He/she will also perform case management services to move the plan toward medical stability of injured individuals, achieving maximum medical improvement and return to work, if appropriate.

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in nursing, and a current RN license, with CCRN, CCM, COHN or CDMS certification.  He/she will also have a minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, with workers? compensation case management/UR experience a must.

Our candidate must possess the ability to interpret and evaluate clinical documentation, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and basic computer knowledge.
