Re Insurance Health Claims Analyst to $80K

Fortune 100 Insurance Corporation is seeking a Senior Reinsurance Health Claims Analyst. You will be responsible for the administration of the rights and duties under its contracts with clients and to manage loss exposures while providing sound claim services to our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

*Accountable for managing Reinsurance Claims for assigned accounts up to pre-determined authority limits.

*Review and approval of claim bordereau and other claim reports

*Review and approval of client action on claims submitted for pre-approval

*Review and take action on large claim notices to ensure proper cost controls are in place.

*Provide technical assistance and advice to clients

*Interact with staff to effect resolution of Reinsurance Health Claims

*Conduct claims audits at client companies and participate in due diligence reviews

 

Requirements:

*Bachelors Degree a plus

*Possess at least 10 years experience in primary stop loss and reinsurance claims with emphasis on insurance and reinsurance coverage interpretation, contract interpretation, loss reporting, account management.

*Proficiency with MSOffice
