Receptionist (Phoenix - East Valley)

Summary: This position will serve as the first point of contact to Esurance visitors, vendors, job applicants and customers and your primary task is to greet them in the most professional manner.  Other key responsibilities include answering incoming calls and routing them appropriately, ensuring that the office is opened and set up in an orderly fashion each morning, and assisting with other tasks as needed and required.

 

 Job Responsibilities:

 

?  Provide primary multi-line phone coverage from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

?  Answer incoming calls, determine purpose, and forward appropriately

?  Provide callers with address, directions, and other company information as needed, while guarding confidentiality of individual extensions, email addresses, etc.

?  Retrieve messages from company?s voice mailbox and forward them appropriately

?  Record and maintain company?s outgoing message and voicemail menu

?  Greet, screen, and route all visitors

?  Monitor visitor access and issues passes

?  Administer and file all Non-Disclosure Agreements

?  Manage outgoing mail and express deliveries; maintain records for express mail vendor

?  Retrieve and route incoming faxes promptly

?  Create and stock fax cover sheets

?  Schedule conference rooms for meetings, interviews, etc.

?  Assist in special projects and tasks as needed and sometimes on an ongoing basis

 Qualifications:

 

?  High School diploma is required

?  Exhibits strong customer service skills

?  Exercises discretion and diplomacy

?  Strong verbal communications skills

?  Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook

?  Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
