JOB OVERVIEW: The purpose of this position is to reconcile AFI?s policy records with that of insurance carriers. The goal is to attain matching databases with the carriers, with a variance exception of 5% or less.


RESPONSIBILITIES: Review status of policies in AFI?s system and compare them to the status of the carrier via the carrier?s web site. Determine the appropriate status after the review is done. P rocess corrections in AFI?s systems. Track patterns or errors and report them to unit manager. Establish contact with carriers to resolve policy status issues.


REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED required. 1 to 3 years of related experience desired. Knowledge of navigating various carriers? web sites. Microsoft Excel knowledge and skills. Speed and accuracy skills. PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING:
