Regional Automation Manager
Position HRH is currently recruiting a Regional Automation Manager that will be housed in Oklahoma City, OK, Dallas or Houston, TX.
Primary Function
Provide Agency Management System training, insurance workflow training, utilization of ancillary electronic insurance products and audit offices to ensure appropriate use of automation.
Specific responsibilities include:
Provide Sagitta system training for offices converting to Sagitta Browser & Sagitta Online.
Active member of Agency Management System conversion implementation team and national Branch Efficiency task force.
Provide ongoing training for staff on Management System updates.
Provide procedural workflow training for all Management System users.
Provide user training for applications to be used in conjunction with Sagitta; i.e., Transact Now, AMS Word, Docutron, Ivans Download.
Oversee divisional representatives to ensure local accountability of automation standards.
Conduct regular audits of divisional Agency Management Systems to ensure automation / procedural standards are met.
Update/create automation & procedural standard policies, including written documentation, as technology requires.
Stay abreast of industry changes and apply automation standards to implement change.
Stay abreast of new technology product information in an effort to continuously improve knowledge and stay up to date.
Qualifications
Up to 50% travel is required within the HRH Central Region.
Ability to work effectively in an independent manner with minimal supervision
Ability to carry out complex tasking with many concrete and abstract variables
Ability to effectively train large and small user groups
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to operate various computer programs including rating programs, e-mod calculators, building valuations, etc
Ability to document workflows.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Visio is beneficial.
Experience
Five years progressive insurance experience
Resident Insurance License (beneficial but not mandatory)
Expert knowledge of Sagitta applications
Expert knowledge of functional applications used in conjunction with Sagitta
Expert knowledge of automated workflow in conjunction with the use of Sagitta
Knowledge of rating procedures, coverage, and industry operations to effectively manage and maintain business
