Regional Government Relations Professional - San Francisco
Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO), a major provider of information services to the property/casualty insurance industry, is seeking an experienced, qualified professional in our Western Regional Office located in San Francisco.
The individual we seek will have substantial contact with State regulatory officials on timely approvals of ISO filings and related issues. You will also monitor all property/casualty insurance legislation and regulations impacting ISO filings or other operations, and provide technical assistance to trade associations. Travel within the region is required.
The successful candidate will be an independent self-starter with a college degree and a minimum of 5 years? property/casualty insurance experience, including strong knowledge of ISO programs. Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and negotiation skills, and a proven record of project management requires. Experience working with insurance departments on filing-related issues is a plus. CPCU designation is highly desirable. Other property/casualty insurance designations are also welcome.
