Regional Sales Manager (Base Salary + Commission) = 6 Figure Income Potential

Our Regional Sales Managers are expected to WORK HARD to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. They are required to develop client loyalty and deliver exemplary customer service at all times. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee 2-5 Area Account Managers in their territory and previous management experience of personnel will make this job a whole lot easier if you can motivate and direct yourself and others. As an added bonus, you will inherit an already profitable book of business.
You will be responsible for managing the assigned territory, defining sales activities, achieving revenue goals, and aggressively growing the business. Gould & Lamb is a privately held entrepreneurial company and you are expected to be able to work independently. We have no interest in candidates who need to have their hand held while crossing the road. The ideal candidate will have worked in the Worker Compensation arena as a SALES or CLAIMS person. If you?re from the claims side, you need to have a SALES personality to succeed. If you?re from the sales side, you will need to develop technical competency quickly. Folks looking to collect a comfortable base salary need to contact another employer.
Requirements include:
- 3-5 years of previous Workers Compensation Sales or Claims Experience
- Ability to bring client contacts to the table on Day 1
- Self-starter that is highly motivated by success
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Technical and organizational competency is a MUST
- No aversion to working long hours and weekends
- Travel is required
