Description:
The Regional Service Coordinator would be the point of contact for all account issues and coordination of post-bind/pre-renewal account activities for divisions serviced by DBG Fusion including Insured/Broker requests, data quality, Fusion quality, account calendar, coordination of issues within the Fusion Unit through resolution, inspected by (DMS Data Quality), follow-up by (DMS Data Quality), follow up on inspected by, account set up in tracking system, account set up with other Fusion Units, performance guarantee management, collateral oversight, and dispute resolution.

Requirements:
*2-3 years experience in an Insurance or Financial Service Company
*Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
*Demonstrated Analytical skills
*Familiarity with AIG accounting or underwriting systems knowledge a plus.
