In this position, responsibilities include reporting vehicle identification information to the 23 states that require Department of Motor Vehicle Reporting (DMV); receiving vehicle data for our commercial auto accounts and scrubbing the data for entry errors and report electronically via XL's DMV reporting system. Data errors returned by each state must then be resolved and responded to immediately to avoid vehicle registration suspensions. In addition, this position will also be responsible to review Workers Comp listings produced by each state to insure that every Comp stat report is submitted on time and accurately and will also be required to interrogate the NCCI and Independent bureau websites to research errors and respond to each regulator with their findings.

For both lines of business, error findings will be communicated to the business leaders and working with them to resolve the issues.REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will have business related experience or the ability to learn processes quickly; insurance experience would be a plus but is not necessary. Knowledge of the AS400 would be beneficial. Timeliness, analytical skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently are vital. Candidate must be thorough and dependable, as they will be support and backup for two critical functions.
Ability to use Microsoft products.
Ability to interact with different internal departments as well as various regulators.
Professional interpersonal skills.
Excellent communcation skills, both oral and written.
