Major Duties and Functions Include:
Key partner of ADG Criteria Manager but must also partner with MetLife and NEF lines of business, sales reporting, IT, and key business partners to establish common, simple, and clear reports and bulletins tracking progress against criteria designed to drive competition among field associates seeking recognition rewards.
Partner with lines of business to revisit frequency and methodology of scoring.
Certify qualification for all recognition rewards
Demonstrate logical, critical thinking skills by adding value in terms of reporting process and design improvements
Create and manage databases of current and historical qualifiers for recognition rewards.
Manage a continuous process to identify, understand, and design reports for Sr Mgmt providing them actionable information about those eligible for recognition. What You Need to Succeed:


Knowledge of the financial services industry, and MetLife or NEF specifically
Superb technical skills including expert user of Microsoft Excel, Access and other database software applications, including Reporting tools such as actuate.
Good written and oral communications skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills ? ability to manage competing projects and multiple deadlines simultaneously
Preference for a skilled user of E-Marketing Analytics (eMA) as well as other ADG systems (ie: LICU, placing register, NEF Scorecard, etc?) as well as knowledge about how new business is processed and paid in the ADG franchises.
Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a strategic focus ? a ?zero errors? philosophy
