We are recruiters that specialize in the placement of Insurance and Reinsurance Accounting and Finance professionals. Our client is a very successful and stable reinsurer located in Southern New Jersey. We are cyrrently working together to identify talented and qualified individuals for a Retro Accounting Managers position.

The Retrocessional Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for managing the corporate and specific reinsurance/retrocessional programs for accuracy, timeliness, impact to corporate results and overall correctnness. Will execute the analysis and preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Accounts of all reinsurance/retrocessional programs assigned and all related supporting schedules.Reviewing retro contracts. Supervising staff in the preparation of Schedule F and all related supporting schedules.

Qualified candidates for this position will have 5-7 years experience in reinsurance accounting with some supervisory exp. Must have strong communication and PC skills.
